Have my applications been successfully submitted?

To be considered for a specific scholarship opportunity within the HAF+WRCF Universal Application, you must have a 'Submitted' label under the section titled '2023 HAF+WRCF Universal Application' AND under the section for the specific scholarship opportunity on your Applicant Dashboard.

In the example below, the student below will be considered for The Patenaude-Juell-Hart Masonic Memorial Scholarship, but not for the Jack & Arlene Guiccione Scholarship. 

When is the deadline for Universal Application scholarships?

All scholarship opportunities within the 2023 HAF+WRCF Universal Application must be submitted by 11:59 pm on Thursday, March 2, 2023.

We do not accept late applications. 

I noticed a mistake on a form AFTER I submitted it - what do I do?

Application forms cannot be edited once they have been submitted. If you notice a mistake and it is before the deadline, you may request to have your form re-opened by an HAF+WRCF Scholarships Team member. You will need to re-submit any forms that have been re-opened before the deadline. 

Please note that our staff is only available Monday - Thursday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with limited availability on Fridays.

When will I know if I've been awarded any scholarships?

All applicants will receive an email on June 15 notifying them of the status of their applications. We work with local high schools to present scholarships to graduating high school seniors at their senior awards nights when possible. 

Please be sure that you are checking the inbox of the email associated with your user account. If you need to update the email address associated with your user account, you can do so by clicking the 'Edit User' pencil icon on your Applicant Dashboard.
