Note Regarding Holiday Hours

Humboldt Health Foundation, Humboldt Area Foundation, and Wild Rivers Community Foundation will be closed Thursday 12/23 through Friday 12/31. We will not be considering, reviewing, or communicating about any of these grant programs during this time. If you submit an application during this period, it will be reviewed on Tuesday 1/11. If approved, a check would be mailed out Friday 1/13. Please note that incomplete applications and committee questions about your application may result in a longer timeframe for receiving a check, if the application is approved.

RESPONDING TO THE CORONAVIRUS

We have been closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Based on recommendations from public health and government officials, we have decided to close our offices (including our affiliate Wild Rivers Community Foundation) and our public meeting spaces.

This is one of several measures we are taking to protect you and our staff and reduce the likelihood of introducing the coronavirus into our community.

While our staff will not attend public meetings and events for the foreseeable future, we are fully prepared to continue to serve, support and advise our donor and community partners, as well as provide grant support to our communities.

Most of our staff will be working remotely or in the office to manage essential functions and activities. They can still be reached by phone and email. Angel Fund and Dental Angel Fund applications are still being accepted, though there may be some delay in processing at this time.

HHF has been a partner in Humboldt Area Foundation's COVID-19 Fund. For more information about the fund and how to donate to it, click here. To learn more about HAF grants, click here.

If you have questions, call (707) 442-2417 or send an email to info@humhealth.org.

Thank you and take care of you and your loved ones!
