After the Award
Successful
applicants typically will be notified of the award within one month of
application submission. A TAP contract specifying the type of
assistance provided, the amount of assistance, and the assistance
provider must be signed before funds can be released. Grant awards
will be made directly to the consultant, but the service contract
between the consultant and the agency will be confidential. Only
qualified consultants/materials may be substituted for those specified
in the contract.
A short follow-up report will be required
within six months of the completion of TAP assistance. A one-page
report form will be provided.
