QUALIFICATION REQUIRED!
Your reservation will be confirmed upon review and approval, receipt of
completed form, and any applicable payment. Should your organization
and/or purpose for meeting room use not meet our approval guidelines,
you will be notified via email to the email address you provided during
registration and the full amount of any payment made will be immediately refunded.
Upon approval, the details of your meeting will appear in the calendar on the date and time requested. Please check for accuracy and if any corrections and/or changes are needed, please contact us.
Until approved, the details of your meeting will not display in the calendar, however, the date, time, and room will be reserved.
