System will prevent double bookings, however, we recommend that you first check availability of meeting rooms before submitting registration.

NOTE: 21 day advance reservation required. Meeting rooms are free of charge for qualifying organizations with the exception of meetings scheduled after business hours (5 p.m.)- a staffing fee of $10 per hour with a $30 minimum applies.

You are responsible for setting up furniture and equipment to suit your needs. Please plan beginning and ending times accordingly when making your reservation.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED! Your reservation will be confirmed upon review and approval, receipt of completed form, and any applicable payment. Should your organization and/or purpose for meeting room use not meet our approval guidelines, you will be notified via email to the email address you provided during registration and the full amount of any payment made will be immediately refunded.

Until approved, the details of your meeting will not display in the calendar, however, the date, time, and room will be temporarily reserved.
