DESCRIPTION:
Effective boards lead, delegate and inspire. This session will give you the opportunity to meet other board members to share ideas about your role and responsibilities. Roundtables are scheduled for the first Monday of each month. Topics change each month and are decided by roundtable participants. Topics might include: personal attributes of an effective board member, board self assessment, relationships between boards, how to read financial statements, and other issues brought to the table. Participants should bring a brown bag lunch, as well as ideas, concerns, issues, and questions.
